如何測試多股多芯電源線內導體的材質

多股多芯電源線主要由多根細導線組成，材質分為無氧銅、全銅和銅包鋁等。

一般要測試多股多芯電源線內導體的材質，主要是透過火燒和觀察細導線的橫截面。

火燒：銅包鋁的細導線熔點低，一燒很快會軟化;全銅和無氧銅一般會變黑，火燒時間夠長才會出現部分軟化。全銅燒後搽拭掉黑色部分會出現白色銅芯;而無氧銅則會出現黃銅色的銅芯。

觀察細導線的橫截面：銅包鋁和全銅橫截面都有白點，但銅包鋁白點更明顯，無氧銅橫截面則是均勻的黃銅色。

After the whole copper is burnt and the black part is wiped off, a white copper core will appear; and the oxygen-free copper will appear a brass-colored copper core.

Observe the cross-section of the thin wire: the copper-clad aluminum and all-copper cross-sections have white spots, but the copper-clad aluminum white spots are more obvious, and the oxygen-free copper cross-section is a uniform brass color.
