防护口罩出口俄罗斯做EAC认证
EAC certification for protective masks exported to Russia

　　防护口罩分为供气式防护口罩和滤气式防护口罩。滤气式口罩可过滤空气中的微粒，阻隔飞沫、血液、体液、有毒气体、分泌物。供气式防护口罩是指在化工厂所、火灾现场及兵工化学危害等场所的供气式防护口罩，即普通单兵防护口罩。
Respirators are divided into air supply respirators and filter respirators. Filter mask can filter the air particles, prevent droplets, blood, body fluids, toxic gases, secretions. Air supply type protective masks refer to the air supply type protective masks used in chemical plants, fire sites and places where chemical hazards are caused.

　　防护口罩种类很多，按照制造材料不同有活性炭粉滤芯口罩、活性炭纤维毡垫口罩，无纺布口罩，超细纤维口罩,脱脂棉口罩，用脱脂棉制成,棉纱口罩，用棉纱制成。
There are many kinds of protective masks, including activated carbon filter mask, activated carbon fiber felt mask, non-woven cloth mask, microfiber mask, absorbent cotton mask, made of absorbent cotton mask, cotton gauze mask, made of cotton yarn.

　　防护口罩出口都需要办理当地国家的安全认证，出口到俄罗斯要做EAC清关证书。涉及到俄罗斯法规指令是TPTC 019.
The export of protective masks shall be subject to the safety certification of the local country, and the export to Russia shall be subject to the EAC customs clearance certificate. The directive concerning Russian legislation is TPTC 019.

　　办理EAC认证流程：
　　1、填写海关联盟CU-TR认证申请表，确认出口产品名称、型号、数量、产品海关代码。
　　2、认证机构根据海关代码和产品信息确认产品类别，决定认证方案。
　　3、制造商根据认证机构的认证方案提交产品俄文资料和技术文件、测试报告、与独联体国家供货合  
　　4、认证机构专家到生产工厂进行产品测试和质量体系审核（如有必要）
　　5、生产工厂根据机构专家意见修改产品资料文件或质量体系文件（如初次审核不合格）。
　　6、认证机构制作证书草稿，申请商确认草稿准确无误，反馈给机构。
　　7、证书签发。
　　8、在产品上粘贴EAC认证标记，凭证书复印件清关。

  Apply for EAC certification process:

  1. Fill in the cu-tr certification application   form of customs union to confirm       the name, model, quantity and customs code of the   export product.

  2. The certification body shall confirm the product category and determine the           certification scheme according to the customs code and product information.

  3. The manufacturer shall submit the product Russian materials and technical           documents, test reports and supply contracts with cis countries according to the       certification scheme of the certification body。\
  4. Experts from the certification body go to the production plant to conduct product     testing and quality system audit (if necessary)

  5. The production factory shall modify the product data documents or quality system     documents according to the expert opinions of the organization (if the product is     not qualified in the previous audit).

  6. The certification body shall make the draft of the certificate, and the applicant     shall confirm the accuracy of the draft and feed it back to the organization.

  7. Certificate issuance.
  8. Paste the EAC certification mark on the product and make     customs clearance with the copy of   the certificate
