亚马逊新规：德国站和法国站卖家自2022年需提供EPR注册号，否则停售产品！

亚马逊又出新规了，自2022年1月1日起，出口法国和德国的产品必须获得EPR注册号并填写到亚马逊，近期已有部分法国站和德国站卖家收到亚马逊的邮件，要求卖家保证符合EPR要求，邮件内容如下：

EPR在不同国家有哪些体现?
EPR其实是一项管理制度框架，被很多立法实践，并不是一项法规的名称。而欧盟的WEEE指令、电池法、包装法等法规相当于制度在欧盟和德国立法实践。
所以法国的WEEE、包装法、电池法以及德国的WEEE、包装法、电池法等法规都属于EPR的范畴，都是EPR在该国的体现。

收到邮件的卖家需要做什么?
亚马逊将会在 2021 年第四季度分享用于上传 EPR 注册号的链接。自 2022 年起，如果卖家要在法国和（或）德国销售商品，亚马逊将会确认卖家销售的商品在该国家/地区是否符合生产者责任延伸 (EPR) 的要求，并收集并验证卖家的 EPR 注册号。

什么是EPR商品分类?
以下适用于法国和德国生产者延伸责任义务范围内的商品分类，对于这类商品，卖家需向亚马逊提供生产者延伸责任注册号。
德国有三类：包装注册，WEEE，电池回收注册；
法国有七类：包装注册，WEEE，电池回收注册，家具，轮胎，纸，纺织品；
每个类目注册之后都有一个EPR注册号，需要上传到亚马逊系统，亚马逊提到会在第四季度公布上传操作步骤。
