增加"良好的科学实践"和"经验数据"。上述新增定义列于计划2和计划3中。
第7章"细小零件"变更部分内容。相关要求保持不变。
第26章和第27章内容简化、表述更为清晰。删除酯法规(SOR/2016-188)；但酯法规对玩具仍有约束力。删除食品级塑料要求。
彻底删除第43章和计划9中玩具电池要求。删除玩具电池相关电池结构的要求。
对计划2和计划3中关于产品毒性的内容进行了修订。
在加拿大，所有12岁及以下儿童使用的玩具必须符合加拿大消费品法案（CCPSA)规定的联邦安全标准，包括：
加拿大玩具法规（SQR/2011-17)
含铅消费品法规 （SOR/2018-17)
盐法规（SOR/2016-188)
表面涂层材料法规（SOR/2016-193）
加拿大亚马逊儿童玩具CCPSA认证流程：
1. 提供样品图；
2.确认检测标准及法规；
3.提供实物样品检测；
4.支付检测费；
5.检测样品，检测合格出具检测报告；
6.检测不合格，重新提交样品检测.
加拿大亚马逊儿童玩具CCPSA认证费用：
依据产品而定，不同的产品检测费不同，可提供产品图片来预估费用。
